Every month, we present the most comprehensive and easy to use list of acoustic performances in the 
New York Metropolitan area. The idea for a printed newsletter-listings guide was initiated by Barbara Horowitz, 
Publishing Editor, and former coordinator of volunteer staff at the Fast Folk Cafe in NYC. The creation 
of the newsletter and this website fell to me, Richard Cuccaro, Computer Graphics Artist and former 
volunteer director of the Fast Folk Cafe. 
Barbara passed away in July of  2001. The newsletter and website continue on.
Viki Peterman, my wife, now assists as treasurer and with distribution. 
We'll continue improving this site at every opportunity.We hope you like our efforts!
